- If the client provides valid proof of dissatisfaction due to significant deviation from agreed deliverables.
- Workshops and Seminars:
- If a participant is unable to attend and requests a refund at least five (5) days before the event.

- For services where work has already commenced, and substantial progress has been made.
- For digital products or course content that has been downloaded, accessed, or used.
- For missed workshops or seminars without prior communication.
